Refunds, Returns and Breakages

If you are unhappy with a product or the item is faulty or broken, then you can return the item to us for a replacement or a refund. You must pay for the item to be returned to us and the item must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

We will only refund the cost of the items, not the postage paid for us sending the item to you, nor will we pay for the cost of you posting the item back to us.
